Specific
Functions: Monitor the critical processing of jobs stream/critical time lines; inbound/outbound clients trades and exchanges/messages
transmissions: ensure timely actions are taken to prevent adverse exposure to our daily distribution of date and reports to
clients. Work with domain applications experts and Data Center Operations to assess business and technical impact while facilitating
the timely resolution of applications/job(s) outages. Manage the overall database job outage reporting/documentation problem
resolutions and publish results. Perform Root Cause technical analysis; identify event cause/sequence of events/appropriate
actions to be taken - temporarily and/or permanent. Analyze and document the associated drivers relating to fails and recommend
appropriate actions. Monitor and periodically review/update the current automated ALERT jobs notification matrix. Managed
the related management escalation procedures. Review current jobs performance; fine tune where appropriate to reduce processing
time/recommend improvements to existing mainframe processes. Establish and maintain closed working relationship with various
operations and systems organizations such as Data Centers Operations and Recovery teams Customer Service Reps, various Exchanges
and regulatory bodies. Monitor the nightly Data Flow and escalation procedures. Monitor the MVS-VM clients downloads
process of data and reports. Monitor special processing cycles: Options Expirations/Year End statements and client's distribution
